Car Alarms Going On/Off

At the office, I hear a lot of car alarms go off each day. I would say probably close to 10+ a day. That is a lot.

So, I am thinking either
a) a lot of car break-ins
b) a lot of fault car alarms


Yesterday, I looked down at the building below my window. It had car flags (Jaguar was one of them) flying on posts. It then occurred to me that they were TESTING / INSTALLING car alarms at this establishment.

Another note: The alarm were short lasting 10-30 seconds long.

Maybe I will ask my colleagues tomorrow about it.
