NO it is NOT!
It is March 1, and there should not be a single speck of brown on it. This last "storm" that was supposed to hit last night for a "suggested" 4-8 inches of snow, produced zero, (aka. nada, none, zip) inches.
UGH!
Think snow!

I thought that if only I left the state it would bring good luck and we would get dumped on! Oh well!
