Yesterday, I was not feeling that bad. But this morning, I could hardly turn my head, I groaned when I stood up.
Maybe I am too old for this stuff.

You're going to need the services of a masseuse before too long if you keep this up. But, I guess that is better than needing a chiropractor or an orthopedist.
