NIGHT...WITH RAIN OR RAIN AND SNOW MIXED BELOW ABOUT 8000 FEET.
SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS FROM THIS STORM WILL RANGE FROM 6 TO 12
INCHES. IN ADDITION...SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS
TO 40 MPH WILL CAUSE OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IN THE HIGH
MOUNTAIN PASSES AND EXPOSED TERRAIN.
